江苏省社会体育指导员队伍建设的长效管理机制研究

摘　　要：文章采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对江苏省社会体育指导员队伍建设的长效管理机制进行研究。研究结果表明,经过近年来的探索和实践,江苏省群体处在抓社会体育指导员队伍建设工作方面已经取得了一定的成效。但在整体结构上,基础仍然比较薄弱,社会体育指导员这支公益性质队伍还存在着初、中级社体指导员比例大,结构性失衡,服务领域狭小,服务质量不高等许多亟待解决的问题。针对队伍建设中存在的问题,文章提出相应的管理机制,从而为江苏省以及全国的社会体育指导员工作的可持续发展提供参考。By using the methods of literature,interview and mathematical statistics,the paper does the research on the long-term management mechanism of Jiangsu province social sports instructors construction.The result Indicates that after years of exploration and practice,the group in Jiangsu province on social sports instructor team construction work has made some achievements.But in the whole structure,the foundation is still relatively weak,social sports instructor with the public welfare nature team still exist many problems to be solved,like the proportion of the beginning and intermediate level of the master instructor is large,structural imbalance,narrow service field,service quality,and so on.According to the problems of the construction of the team,the study puts forward the corresponding management mechanism,to provide the reference for the sustainable development of the work in Jiangsu province and the national social sports instructors.
