摘 要:有氧运动能活动人体全身各组织、器官、系统,促进新陈代谢,提高身体机能,对大学生心肺功能有显著的积极影响,促进其心理健康发展。有氧运动使大学生能够正确认识自己,及时调整自己的心态,使心理处于良好状态,以适应外界变化。并以积极的态度和行为去适应社会生活的各种变化。有氧运动不受场地、器材、季节限制,大学生做起来简便易行,行之有效,宜广泛开展。高校在积极开展有氧运动的同时,也应注重大学生的心理健康教育。Aerobic exercise can active each organization,organ,system of human body,promote metabolism,improve the body function,has the significant positive impact to the heart lungs function of college students,improve their mental health development.Aerobic exercise make students correct understanding of their time to adjust their attitude,the mental in good condition to adapt to change.And a positive attitude and behavior to adapt to various changes in social life.Aerobic exercise from sites,equipment,season limit,college students do up is very easy,effective,should be extensively.Colleges and universities in the actively carry out aerobic exercise at the same time,they should pay attention to the education of psychological health of college students.
