基于社区人群的心理性亚健康筛查研究

摘　　要：目的联合应用90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)和日本心理亚健康分型诊断量表(MHP)中文版筛查社区心理性亚健康人群,并对所用量表的信度进行评价。方法应用前瞻性队列研究方法,对天津市宁河县某社区居民进行筛查,排除躯体、精神和心理性疾病人群后,采用SCL-90和MHP中文版两个量表筛查心理性亚健康者,并对两个量表进行信度评价。结果共纳入受试者1590例,完成SCL-90量表测量者1101例,完成率为87.94%,其中772例被判定为心理亚健康态;完成MHP量表测量者1013例,完成率为80.91%,其中491例被判定为心理亚健康态。在1101例中两个量表共同判别有989例为心理性亚健康,心理性亚健康在健康人群中发生率为89.83%。SCL-90量表Cronbach'sα系数为0.97,MHP量表Cron-bach'sα系数为0.889。结论 SCL-90和MHP中文版均可用于筛查心理性亚健康者,且两个量表均具有较好信度。Objective Through combinative study on symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） and the Chinese version of manual for mental health pattern （MHP）, to establish screening methods of mental sub-health state based on community people and evaluate reliability and validity of SCL-90 and MHP scale, to provide the scientific basis of sub-health research. Methods To detect and deplete mental and psychological disease by SCL-90 and MHP ,which were as the screening criteria of mental sub-health people on either scale of SCL-90 and MHP by using prospective cohort study method. Results Totally 1 590 subjects were inrolled through SCL-90, there were 772 mental sub-health state in 1 101 questionnaire. Through MHP, there were 491 mental sub-health state in 1 103 questionnaire. Compared to the diagnosis results of SCL-90 and MHP, depleting the health state and state of the high tendency to psychological disease, depleting repeat diagnosis people of SCL-90 and MHP, there were 989 mental sub-health state in 1101 questionnaire. The incidence rate of mental sub-health state was 89.83%. The Cronbach＇s a coefficient of SCL-90 and MHP was 0.97 and 0. 889 respectively. Conclusion SCL-90 and Chinese version of MHP could be used for screening mental sub-health subjects, and both scales are of good reliability.
