摘　　要：道德风险和逆向选择问题在新型农村合作医疗中较为突出,如不能处理好这一问题,将给新型农村合作医疗的持续、稳定发展带来隐患。结合信息经济学的有关理论,在对新型农村合作医疗中道德风险与逆向选择的表现、危害及成因分析的基础上,提出了规避措施。Moral hazard and adverse selection problem in the new rural cooperative medical treatment are more prominent, if can＇t handle this problem, will give the new rural cooperative medical care system sustainable and stable development brings hidden trouble. Based on information economics, the relevant theory of new rural cooperative medical treatment of moral risk and adverse selection performance, harm and reason analysis is proposed, based on the avoidance.
