摘  要:目的:观察复方消斑灵对体外培养的成纤维细胞的胶原蛋白合成的影响,以及对水浴烫伤动物模型的作用。方法:采用光镜、电镜研究用药前、后成纤维细胞的形态学变化,以3 H-脯氨酸掺入等方法检测成纤维细胞胶原蛋白的合成,通过建立水浴烫伤动物模型,观察复方消斑灵对增生性瘢痕的作用。结果:消斑灵能明显影响成纤维细胞的超微结构,抑制胶原蛋白的合成,并呈量效关系;在大鼠水浴烫伤实验中复方消斑灵可抑制瘢痕增生,而且大剂量使用未发现药物毒性。结论:复方消斑灵对创伤性瘢痕有良好的治疗作用。Objective:To observe the effect of xiaobanling(XBL) on the fibroblast collagen biosynthesis in vitro culture and on the hypertrophic scars in a nude mice model.Methods:Light microscope(LM) and electron microscope(EM) were employed to study the morphological changes in fibroblast before and after the application of XBL.The fibroblast collagen synthesis was assayed by 3H-proline incorporation.A nude mice model with hypertrophic scar was established for observing the effect of XBL given by local injection.Results:It was found that compound XBL could significantly affect the ultrastructure of fibroblast and inhibit its collagen synthesis in vitro culture(P0.01) in a manner of dose-effect relationship.The test of aqueous bath scars in rats could inhibit the proliferation of scar without any toxic effect.Conclusion:The compound XBL have a good effect on hypertrophic scars.
