摘 要:实验所用原料来自于卫鲁蓝晶石精矿。将卫鲁蓝晶石原料湿磨后成型并进行烧结。利用湿化学方法、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、粒度分析仪和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对卫鲁蓝晶石的化学成分,矿物组成、湿磨后粒径和微观形貌进行了表征,并考察了其烧结性能。研究表明:在1 100℃左右就开始了蓝晶石向莫来石的转化过程,在1 250℃时,可以在SEM照片中明显的看到一次莫来石化形成的鳞片状莫来石。The raw materials used in this experiment came from the kyanite mine of Weilu village,Hebei.In this paper,raw kyanite were grounded with water,then shaped and sintered for the next research.The chemical composition of kyanite was tested by chemical methods;as for the mineral composition,grain size after grounded and microstructure were analyzed with X-ray diffraction,laser particle size analyzer and SEM instruments.Beyond that,sintering properties were also examined.The study demonstrated: the transforming from kyanite to mullite began with 1 100 tempreture,when tempreture reached 1 250℃,obvious scaly structure mullite could be seen in the SEM pictures.
