发泡型植物纤维缓冲包装材料性能及制备工艺的研究

摘　　要：利用植物纤维制作缓冲包装材料,原料来源广,成本低,不仅有利于改善生态环境,而且大大提高了资源利用率。通过对目前主要缓冲包装材料的优缺点对比分析,指出该材料在环保、性能和成本方面的优势,阐述利用植物纤维制作缓冲包装材料的经济意义和社会意义;并对该材料的性能及不同制备工艺进行概述。发泡型植物纤维缓冲包装材料符合可持续发展的趋势,发展潜力巨大。Making use of plant fiber cushion packaging materials has a wide source of raw materials and low cost.It is not only conducive to the improvement of the ecological enviroment,but also improves the resource utilization.Through the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of cushioning packaging material,the advantages in environmant protection,properties,and cost are pointed out,and the economic and social significance are elaborated.The properties of the materials and different preparation process are outlined.The foaming plant fiber cushion packaging materials are consistent with sustainable development trend and have great development potential.
