摘  要:在分析商业银行核心竞争力协同体系模型的基础上,构建了商业银行核心竞争力系统协同度计量模型,选择招商银行进行实证分析,得出招商银行核心竞争力各子系统有序度总体水平较低,可通过积极创新中间业务、降低营业成本、提高风险管理水平和加大信息获取投入等方法来提高各子系统的有序度,提升招商银行核心竞争力系统协同程度,从而提高核心竞争力。The core competitiveness of commercial bank system was analyzed.A coordination degree model was constructed for the commercial bank core competence system.The China Merchants Bank was taken as an example for empirical analysis.It concluded that the overall order degree of each sub system is low in the Merchants Bank.Such suggestions as innovating actively intermediate business,reducing operating costs,improving risk management and increasing investment of information acquisition were proposed to improve the coordination degree of commercial bank core competence system,and then to enhance the core competitiveness of the bank.
