摘 要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定伊曲康唑传递体的含量及包封率。方法采用C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:室温;流动相:乙腈-水(65∶35);流速:1 mL.min-1;检测波长:261 nm。甲醇为溶剂,测定传递体中伊曲康唑的含量。结果伊曲康唑在1~100μg.mL-1范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7;平均回收率为101.9%,RSD为1.7%。结论该方法准确可靠、简单快速,专属性高,可用于伊曲康唑传递体含量及包封率的测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of content and entrapment efficiency of itraconazole transfersomes.Methods The content of itraconazole was separated with a C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(65:35) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and itraconazole was detected at 261 nm and room temperature.Results The linear range of itraconazol was 1 to 100 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 7).The average recovery was 101.9% and RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,sensitive and applicable for determination of the content and entrapment efficiency of itraconazole transfersomes.
