摘　　要：目的探讨99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像与血清胱抑素C(Cys C)在泌尿结石患者肾功能评价中的价值,为临床评估泌尿结石患者肾功能提供依据。方法将62例住院患者根据病史、检验结果分成泌尿结石组和非肾病组,应用99Tcm-DT-PA肾动态显像测定其肾小球滤过率(GFR),胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法测定血清胱抑素C值,将两组结果进行统计学对比分析。结果两组患者GFR和血清Cys C值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),结石患者中,总GFR与血清Cys C测定值呈负相关(r=-0.558,P<0.001)。结论99Tcm-DTPA肾动态显像测定肾小球滤过率和血清Cys C测定联检能全面客观地分析由肾结石引起的肾功能早期损害,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging combined with cystatin C detection in renal function evaluation of patients with urinary calculi.Methods 62 hospitalized patients based on their medical history and inspection results were divided into urinary calculi group and no kidney disease group.Glomerular filtration rate（GFR） and cystatin C value were measured by 99Tcm-DTPA renal dynamic imaging and latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method,respectively.Results There were significant difference on patients GFR and serum cystatin C values between urinary calculi group and no kidney disease group（P0.01）.The GFR in urinary calculi group were negatively correlated with cystatin C value（r=-0.558,P0.001）.Conclusion The combined determination of glomerular filtration rate and cystatin C has an important clinical value in comprehensive and objective analysis of early renal damage caused by kidney stones.
