摘 要:对塔里木油田套压升高的情况进行了系统调查和统计分析,认为完井管柱内流体温度变化导致套压升高量很小,且维持时间很短;一旦正常生产,完井管柱内流体温度变化导致套压升高的现象会自动消失。完井管柱接头不密封是导致套压升高的真正原因,完井管柱接头的密封性能与接头设计特性、上扣扭矩、对扣和引扣等操作方式有关。This paper gives a thorough investigation and statistics on abnormal increase status of casing pressure in Tarim oilfield, and wells numbers and range of increasing casing pressure are predominated. The reason of it analyzed and it is considered that the temperature change of liquid in completion tubing string has a very small influence for increase casing pressure, and maintaining time is very short . It will automatically disappear when normal production being conducted. Casing inner pressure increase is actually caused by leakage of joints of completion tubing string, and joint sealing performance is related to its design, torque, screw and guide buckle operation method.
