摘　　要：达平3井是中原油田内蒙探区达尔其油田一口筛管完井的水平井,采用水力喷射压裂技术分2段进行压裂改造后压裂管柱遇卡,水平段内被卡管柱情况复杂。通过对该井水平段的施工技术难点进行分析,制定了针对性的打捞方案,采用倒扣、清理碎落物、套铣打捞、冲砂等工艺技术措施,历时99 d将井内被卡管柱处理完毕。Daping3 well is a screen completed horizontal well at Inner Mongolia exploration area Daerqi oilfield of Zhongyuan oilfield, the fracturing string is stuck after fractured to two layers by hydraulic jet fracturing technology, whose situation is complex. By analysis of technical difficulties to the horizontal section of the well, targeted salvage program is developed. By using technical measures of unthread, cleaning up the shattered objects, wash over and fishing, sand washing and others, the stuck string in the well is processed lasted 99 days.
