摘 要:针对从管理学角度对工艺绿色化创新尤其是工艺绿色化创新机制研究匮乏的问题,以功能性划分为标准将工艺绿色化创新机制划分为动力机制、协调机制和扩散机制.根据自组织理论剖析了制造企业工艺绿色化创新机制演进的动因.利用系统动力学构建了制造企业工艺绿色化创新机制自组织演进模型,认为子机制的协同作用可能改变工艺绿色化创新机制的演进方向,其演进可以分为自稳定和自重组2个阶段.最后以海尔为例分析了海尔工艺绿色化创新机制的构成,验证了海尔工艺绿色化创新机制演进是各子机制协同作用的结果,以及其演进过程的阶段划分.The research on innovation of process greening, especially the innovation mechanism of process greening from a managerial perspective is scarce. In this paper, the mechanism of process greening innovation in manufac- turing enterprises is classified into motivation mechanism, coordination mechanism and diffusion mechanism based on the criteria of functional division. This paper analyzes the evolution causes for innovation mechanism of process greening in manufacturing enterprises based on the self-organization theory. Then the system dynamics is chosen as study method and a self-organization evolution model is established. It is considered that the cooperative action of sub-mechanisms maybe change the evolution direction of process greening innovation mechanism. And the evolution process can be divided into two periods: self-stability and self-reorganization. Lastly, a case about Haler is applied to analyze the components of process greening innovation mechanism, testifying that the evolution of process green- ing innovation mechanism of Haier is an outcome of cooperative action by all sub-mechanisms, as well as a kind of phase division of the evolution process.
