摘　　要：针对人防应急建设需要研制的模块化应急人防掩蔽部，既具有永备式掩蔽部的综合防护性能，又具有应急掩蔽部的灵活性和机动性，为人防应急建设提供了新的技术手段。本文详细介绍了模块化应急人防掩蔽部的研制与设计，并对模块化应急人防掩蔽部的战术应用方式和应用前景做了分析。The modular emergency civil defence shelter is developed according to the requirements of civil defence emergency construction. It not only has the comprehensive protective performance of permanent shelters, but also has the flexibility and maneuverability of emergency shelters, which will provide new technical means for the emergency construction of civil defence. The development and design of the modular emergency civil defence shelter are described in detail in this paper, and its tactical application modes and prospects are also analyzed.
