摘　　要：我国风电机组(以下简称"风电")吊装总量已经超越美国,位居世界第一,其中主要是陆上风电能源开发。本文对海上风电特性和国内外海上风电认证发展进行跟踪研究,探讨如何借鉴国外先进海上风电认证标准,提升国内海上风电认证水平,为我国海上风电行业健康持续发展发挥积极的作用。The total number of wind turbine installed in China has already surpassed the num- ber in the U.S, China ranks number one in the world currently on the number of installations. Majority of these wind turbines are installed on land. The article researched the unique proper- ty of offshore wind power, as well as the trend of domestic and overseas offshore wind power certification development. The article discussed the way to learn from foreign advanced off- shore wind power certification standard in an effort to upgrade domestic offshore wind power certification capability, which can be helpful for the sustainable development of domestic wind power industry.
