摘  要:以河南省武嘉灌区水资源合理配置方案评价为实例,从社会、经济、生态环境和水资源利用4个方面建立综合评价指标体系,并运用SPSS统计软件和主成分分析法,对评价指标进行降维处理,构建影响水资源配置的综合评价因子,在此基础上优选出符合灌区实际情况的水资源最佳配置方案。与其他评价模型结果的对比分析表明,该方法侧重于指标影响力的综合评价,能更集中地反映灌区特征,是解决灌区水资源配置评价指标众多、难量化、重复性等问题的较理想工具。Taking water resources allocation scheme in Wujia irrigation area as an example, the overall merit system was established from four aspects of society, economy, environment and water resources utilization, combined with SPSS statistical software and principal component analysis applied to reduce the amount of index, established the integrate evaluation factors, based on which the optimum scheme according with the irrigation area facts was selected. The results comparing with those from other models show that this model lays particular emphasis on influence degree and closely reflects the characteristics of irrigation area, so it is an ideal tool to deal with such problems as multiple indexes, hard in quantization and repetitiveness.
