摘　　要：玻璃中微气泡的产生与生产变动密切相关，生产中时常需要增减负载，在调整中，工艺调整需要提前考虑，并制订出针对性的工艺制度，负载的变动要缓慢进行，否则会造成质量波动。出现气泡、夹杂等缺陷影响到产量的稳定。本文通过对生产中出现的微气泡进行分析，提出了一系列的解决方案，实施后逐步使微气泡减少到正常状态。The generation of microbubble in glass has a close relation to production fluctuation. When production need increase and reduce the loads, process adjustment must be considered previously and special process should be established. The change of loads should be gradual to avoid the quality fluctuation like bubble, inclusion, so as to influence the output stability. This paper puts forward a series of solutions to make microbubble at normal state.
