64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像与冠脉造影对冠心病诊断的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影检查对冠状动脉疾病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析40例经64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像(CTA)和冠状动脉造影(CAG)检查拟诊为冠心病的图像资料。结果:64层螺旋CT所显示的382支冠状动脉中狭窄35处,确诊30处,漏诊3处和误诊5处;敏感性90.91%,特异性98.56%;阳性预测值85.71%,阴性预测值99.13%,准确率97.90%。结论:64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉疾病的诊断有较高的准确性,是一种安全、可靠和无创的影像学技术,可作为诊断冠心病的一种筛选手段。Objective： To assessed the diagnostic value of 64-slice CT angiography（CTA） in coronary artery diseases.Methods：40 paients with suspected coronary heart disease underwent both 64-slice sprial CTA and coronary angiography（CAG）.Imaging data were retrospectively analysed.Results：64-slice sprial CT demonstrated in 382 coronary arteries narrow 35,diagnosis 30,to leak examines 3 and misdiagnoses 5;the sensitivity of CTA to diagnose significant stenosis was 90.91%,specificity 98.56%,positive predictive value 85.71%,negative predictive value 99.13% and the accurate rate 97.90%.Conclusion：64 MSCT has a high accuracy in diagnosis of coranary heart disease,it is a safe,reliable and non-invasive imaging techniques and therefore can be used as a noninvasive screeningmethod in the diagnosis of coranary heart disease.
