摘 要:目的观察不同浓度葛根素对去卵巢大鼠体重及海马CA1区、CA3区神经元形态的影响。方法 SD大鼠72只,摘除卵巢1 w后,随机分为葛根素高、中、低剂量组、倍美力组、模型组、假手术组,每组12只,除假手术组外,均摘除大鼠卵巢造成去势模型。灌胃过程中每5天称重一次,30 d后,用HE染色观察海马神经元形态变化。结果与模型组比较,葛根素在不同浓度(30~120 mg/kg)范围内,随着浓度的增大,抑制海马神经元细胞凋亡的作用越强,并有一定的剂量依赖关系;但对大鼠体重变化无明显影响。结论葛根素可以抑制大鼠海马神经元细胞的凋亡,而对大鼠体重改变无显著作用。Objective To observe the effect of pueraria on body weight and CA and CA3 of hippocampal neurons in ovariectomized rats. Methods 72 female SD rats were randomly divided into high, normal, low-dose pueraria, premarin, control, and sham groups (n = 12). Ovarieetomized rats model were established in all groups except sham group, and fed with pueraria, premarin solution and normal saline for 30 days respectively. Cell morphology was analyzed by HE, at the same time the rats weight were recorded every 5 days. Results Com pared with control group, pueraria (30 ~120 mg/kg) significantly inhibited the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons in a time and dosede pendent manner, but had no obvious effect on body weight of rats. Conclusions Puerari'a could inhibit the apoptosis of hippocampal neurons but have no obvious effect on body weight of rats.
