跌打万花油防治失禁性肛周皮肤损伤疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察跌打万花油防治失禁性肛周皮肤损伤的疗效。[方法]将2010年10月—2011年10月收治的45例危重症大便失禁病人作为实验组,在常规护理的基础上运用跌打万花油涂抹病人肛周皮肤;将2009年9月-2010年9月收治的42例危重症大便失禁病人作为对照组,在常规护理的基础上运用爽身粉外涂病人肛周皮肤。[结果]实验组、对照组肛周皮肤损伤发生率分别为13.4%、35.7%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]跌打万花油能有效保护大便失禁病人肛周皮肤黏膜,预防皮脂膜损害导致的失禁性肛周皮肤损伤。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Diedawanhua oil for prevention and treatent of Incontinent perianal skin daage.ethods：A total of 45 cases of critically ill patients with fecal incontinence who were treated fro October in 2010 to October in 2011 were taken as the experiental group,on the basis of the conventional care,Diedawanhua oil was used for swearing patients＇ perianal skin;other 42 cases of critically ill patients with fecal incontinence aditted fro Septeber in 2009 to Septeber in 2010 were taken as a control group,on the basis of conventional care,the talcu powder was used for swearing patients＇ perianal skin.Results：The incidence of perianal skin injury in the experiental group and the control group was respectively 13.4% and 35.7%,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Diedawanhua oil can effectively protect the perianal skin and ucous ebrane of patients with fecal incontinence and prevent incontinent perianal skin daage caused by sebu ebrane daage.
