摘 要:采用Zung1971年编制的焦虑自评量表(SAS)和自制的调查问卷对在校专科学生的焦虑状况及原因进行了调查。研究表明:师范专科生焦虑水平总体正常,但部分学生不同程度的焦虑异常仍值得重视;在焦虑检出率方面,女生(40.00%)高于男生(26.43%),文科生(36.72%)高于理科生(29.83%);差异显著上,大一年级学生显著高于大二、大三年级学生(P≤0.05);引起学生焦虑的主要原因有学习压力大、学习成绩、就业、人际关系紧张、家庭经济等。最后,根据调查研究结果,针对引起学生焦虑的原因提出一些建议。We used Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), which is Zung made in 1971, and own questionnaire to research the student's state anxiety in Liupanshui Normal College.The studies have shown that the student" state anxiety of this college is normal.But a few students" state anxiety should be pay attention. The result of study shows the female student's anxiety rate(40.00%) is higher than the male student's; the anxeity rate of the student majored in liberal arts (36.72%) is higher than the student majored in science (29.83%); the Freshman's anxiety rate is notable higher than other grades (P ≤0.05).Academic pressure school record employment pressure interpersonal relationship and the state of the family economy are main reasons of the student's anxiety.From this, we put forward some suggestions to student's anxiety.
