冠心病患者检测超敏C-反应蛋白与总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及总胆固醇(TC)/高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)检测对冠心病的临床诊断价值。方法将130例冠状动脉造影结果正常者和132例经冠状动脉造影证实为冠心病(CHD)患者,分为对照组及冠心病组,均检测血浆超敏C-反应蛋白和TC、HDL-C水平。比较两组hs-CRP及TC/HDL-C升高与冠心病及冠状动脉病变程度的相关性。结果冠心病组患者的hs-CRP、TC、HDL-C水平明显高于对照组。另外,hs-CRP水平在冠状动脉2支以上病变组显著高于单支病变组。结论 hs-CRP与心血管疾病密切相关,且与病变的严重程度呈正相关。联合检测hs-CRP、TC、HDL-C对冠心病的诊断符合率高,对于一些无法开展冠状动脉造影的基层医院诊断冠心病有意义。Objective To assess the clinical value of high sensitivity-C reactive protein（hs-CPR） and total cholesterol（TC）/high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） in diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods We recruited 132 patients suffering from coronary heart disease（CHD） confirmed by coronary angiography（CAGO） and 130 normal controls.Patients were divided into CHD group and normal group.Serum level of hs-CPR,TC and HDL-C were assessed.The correlation between the increase of hs-CRP and TC/HDL-C and the severity of CHD and coronary artery disease was compared.Results The serum levels of hs-CRP,TC and HDL in the CHD group were higher than the controls.And the hs-CRP levels in patients with 2 coronary vessel damages were higher than a single vessel＇s.Conclusion Serum level of hs-CRP was tightly correlated to CHD.Furthermore,it was positively related to severity of the disease.The detection and surveillance of hs-CPR,TC and HDL-C were helpful to diagnosis of CHD,and it＇s extremely significant to primary hospitals that coronary arteriography can not be performed.
