六味地黄丸合加味逍遥丸治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察六味地黄丸合加味逍遥丸治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的疗效。方法将78例患者分为治疗组与对照组。治疗组39例口服六味地黄丸合加味逍遥丸,对照组予己烯雌酚片口服。疗程均为2个月。结果治疗组在临床症候改善方面(87.18%),明显优于对照组(69.23%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)均有变化,治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄丸合加味逍遥丸治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征疗效满意。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Liuwei dihuang pill and Jiawei xiaoyao pill in treating perimenopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency.Methods Seventy eight cases were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in treatment group were treated with Liuwei dihuang pill and Jiawei xiaoyao pill and 39 cases in control group were treated with diethylstilbestrol.Course of treatment was 2 months.Results The relief of clinical symptoms of the treatment group is 87.18%,which is higher than 69.23% of the control group.The difference showed statistical significance（P0.05）.The improvements of FSH,LH and E2 were also significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Liuwei dihuang pill and Jiawei xiaoyao pill is quite effective for perimenopausal syndrome of kidney-yin deficiency.
