宫术宁联合戊酸雌二醇在绝经妇女取器的应用

摘　　要：目的观察宫术宁胶棒联合戊酸雌二醇在绝经后取器术中的应用价值。方法选择来我院要求取器的绝经妇女188例,随机分成两组,观察两组患者的取环成功率、宫颈扩张情况及对受术者的镇痛效果。结果观察组取器成功率、宫颈软化、扩张、镇痛及手术时间与对照组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫术宁胶棒联合戊酸雌二醇用于绝经后妇女取器,操作简便、宫颈扩张好、痛苦轻、安全有效,值得临床广泛推广。Objective To observe the value of Gongshuning combined with Estradiol Valerate during operation of ring extraction in postmenopausal women.Methods 188 cases of postmenopausal women were randomly divided into two groups,and patients were observed in the success rate of extraction,cervical dilatation and softening and analgesic effect.Results All the observed indexes compared with the control group had statistically significant differences（P0.05）.Conclusion The method of Gongshuning combined with Estradiol Valerate has prominent effect in ring extraction in postmenopausal women with good cervical dilatation and less pain,it is safe and effective,worth widely developing and applying to the clinic.
