镇街社会管理现状分析

摘　　要：社会管理是政府职能的一个重要方面。镇街社会管理涉及的主要领域有基础设施建设、社会秩序维护、环境保护、科教文卫事业发展、社会保障等。镇街社会管理面临的问题有两类:一类是政府系统内部管理问题,一类是政府系统外部管理问题,解决镇街社会管理问题需要从内外两方面入手。Social management is one of the key aspects of government functions.The town and street-level social management mainly involves infrastructure construction,maintenance of social order,environmental protection,development of science,education,culture,and sanitation,and social security.There are two categories of issues to deal with: management of the issues inside the government system and those outside.Management has to be handled from both inside and outside.
