摘  要:探讨了黏胶空调纤维与竹浆、涤纶混纺针织物(自制黏、竹、涤比例为60∶20∶20)的染整加工工艺,进行了小样前处理和染色试验,并进行了大样试验验证,测试了织物的毛效、白度、色牢度、纤维调温性能等数据。结果表明,黏胶空调纤维与竹浆、涤纶混纺针织物经过常规前处理(氢氧化钠0.5 g/L、双氧水1 g/L、温度100℃、时间20 min)后,克质量、白度、毛效、顶破强力均有所增加;染色阶段,先用分散染料对涤纶组分进行高温高压法染色,再用活性染料对黏胶和竹浆纤维组分染色;小样试验数据显示,染色织物的色牢度指标均符合实际生产要求,大样试验数据显示,加工后的产品性能符合国家和行业相关标准,调温性能经染整加工后虽稍有降低,但幅度不大。This paper studies the dyeing and finishing technology of viscose type air conditioning fiber,bamboo pulp and polyester blended yarn knitted fabric,carries on the pretreatment and dyeing experiment of hand sample,makes the experimental verification to the bulk sample,and tests the wooliness,whiteness,fastness and temperature adjustable property of the fabric.The research results show that after being treated by the conventional pretreatment(sodium hydrate of 0.5 g/L,hydrogen peroxide of 1 g/L,temperature of 100 ℃ and time of 20 minutes),the weight per unit area,whiteness,wooliness and bursting strength of the viscose type air conditioning fiber,bamboo pulp and polyester blended yarn knitted fabric are all improved;in the dyeing process,the disperse dye is firstly applied to the polyester component under the condition of high temperature and high pressure,and then the reactive dye is applied to viscose and bamboo pulp component;the results from the hand sample indicate that all parameters of the fabric can meet the requirements of real production;the results from the bulk sample indicate that the properties of the finished fabric can meet the national and industrial standards;and even though the temperature adjustable property of the fabric after being dyed and finished decreases,it will not influence the wearability.
