中心区圈核结构的阴影区现象研究

摘　　要：从典型城市中心区的阴影区分析入手,通过大量基础条件相近的国内外中心区案例的量化比较,从中心区阴影区的产生、发展、演变和消减四个方面,对其进行分形定量研究,分析圈核结构模式中阴影区的特征指标以及与城市中心区的土地价值、规划布局的关系,据此可建立基于圈核结构模式的城市中心区阴影区空间深层次规律。Starting with the analysis on shadow areas in typical city centers, this paper makes a quantitative comparison on the large number of city centers with similar basic conditions in China and abroad. From the perspectives of generation, development, evolution, and attenuation of shadow areas in city centers, the paper conducts a fractal quantitative study and analyzes the featured indexes of the shadow area in the circlecore structure mode as well as its relationship with the land value and planning layout of city centers, according to which the spatial rule of shadow area in city centers can be established based on the circlecore structure mode.
