我国城市规划教育起源的探讨——兼述朱皆平教授教学思想

摘　　要：西方工业革命进程中对居住问题、公共卫生、环境保护等问题的关注孕育了现代城市规划学科,其视野与思想也被应用于我国早期城市规划教育。20世纪20-30年代,交通大学唐山学校市政卫生工程科下设置了规划设计、规划行政与管理、规划技术等相关课程,启动了早期的城市规划教学。朱皆平先生作为唐山工学院的受聘教授讲授城市规划课程,在教材建设、教学方法、教育理念、教学实践和规划理论上为城市规划的早期教育与学术研究做出了重要贡献。Along with the industrial revolution in western countries, the concerns with issues of residence, public health, and environment protection, etc., brought about the emergence of modem city planning discipline. Its contents and ideology has been introduced into China＇s city planning education in early time. Between the 1920s and 1930s, Tangshan Campus of Jiaotong University offered related courses under the Department of Municipal and Sanitation Engineering, such as urban planning and design, planning administration and management, planning technology, etc., which started the early city planning education in China. Employed as a professor to teach city planning, Mr. ZHU Jieping made a significant contribution to the early city planning education and research in terms of textbook compilation, educational methodology, educational ideology, education practice and planning theory.
