摘　　要：大学技术转移合同是大学与企业之间进行技术转移活动的一种重要方式。基于资源基础理论,提出大学科技经费投入和人力资源投入对大学技术转移合同数量和金额的影响的理论假设,构建大学技术转移合同影响因素的理论模型。根据2003年至2010年中国大学的省级面板数据,通过实证研究分析研发投入对大学技术转移合同的影响。研究结果表明,科技人力资源的投入对大学技术转移合同的促进作用强于科技经费投入的影响,教研人员的质量因素对大学技术转移合同的影响显著,科技服务人员的数量能显著促进中国大学技术转移活动。在对实证结果进行分析和讨论的基础上,提出促进中国大学技术转移活动的对策,为大学技术转移的实践提供参考。University technology transfer contract is one of the important ways for university-industry technology transfer activities. Based on resource-based view, theoretical hypothesis of the impact of university S＆T funding investments and human resources investments on the number and the revenues of university technology transfer contracts are proposed. Then, the theoretical models of the influencing factors for university technology transfer contracts are also proposed. The paper analyzes the impact of R＆D inputs on university technology transfer contracts in an empirical way, using provincial panel data of Chinese universities from 2003 to 2010. The results reveal that the impact of S＆T human resources inputs on university technology transfer contracts is more significant than the impact of S＆T funds inputs. The quality of teach and research faculties has significant influence on university technology transfer contracts. The quantity of S＆T service faculties also has significant influence on university technology transfer activities. Based on the analysis and discussion of empirical results, the paper provides some suggestions to improve Chinese university technology transfer contracts activities and practical references.
