摘　　要：论述高校图书馆特藏的概念、意义及内容,介绍我校图书馆特藏建设的经验做法与不足,并就如何提高管理和服务提出设想与措施。This paper expounds the concept, significance and content of special collection at college libraries, introduces the experiences and disadvantages of our college library, and puts forward some measures on management and service.
