长形盲孔带沟纹压榨的创新结构与应用

摘　　要：介绍了长形盲孔带沟纹压榨改造纸机的技术应用。主要是叙述长形盲孔带沟纹压榨辊面孔形结构的使用优点,由于降低出压榨进烘缸运行纸张水分含量的效果显著,从而提高纸机车速、产量和质量,故降低能源消耗也明显。纸机抄速由180 m/min提高到280 m/min;单台纸机产量由改造前的90 t/d提高到160 t/d。纸机压榨技术改造实践经验的应用推广,填补了国内目前对长形盲孔带沟纹压榨结构应用的空白。It give the inu＇oduction briefly technology application of long-forming blind hole and groove press paper machine transform.It describes the advantages of the blind hole and groove press roll face structure, reduces paper moisture content when go out of press part and in the dryer part, to increase speed, production, quality and reduce energy consumption and improve the speed of papermaking from 180 m/min to 280 m/min, the single PM production from 90 t/d to 160 t/d.At the same time, application promotion of paper machine press technical relbrm and practical experience fills the gap of application of long-forming blind hole and groove press papermachine.
