摘 要:以指导无取向电工钢热轧工艺为目的,采用Gleeble 1500热模拟试验机进行高温等温压缩,在应变速率为0.01~10s-1和变形温度500~1 200℃条件下,对试样进行试验研究。结果表明:随着变形温度的升高,在回复与再结晶过程中发生α-Fe向γ-Fe相的转变,导致稳态流变应力呈现"异常"变化。采用Arrhenius关系模型,模型参数能很好的与试验结果相吻合。利用模型分别计算得500~800℃时,应力水平因子α=0.039 0MPa-1,应力指数n=7.93,结构因子A=1.9×1018 s-1,热变形激活能Q=334.8kJ/mol;1 050~1 200℃时,应力水平因子α=0.125 8MPa-1,应力指数n=5.29,结构因子A=1.0×1028 s-1,热变形激活能Q=769.9kJ/mol。For the guidance of hot rolling process, the high temperature plastic deformation behavior of non-orienta- tion electrical steel was investigated by Gleeble 1500 thermo-mechanical simulator in the strain rate range of 0.01-- 10 s-1 and temperature range of 500--1 200 ℃. The results show that: with the increase of deformation temperature, the phase transformation from a-Fe to 7-Fe takes place during the recovery and recrystallization process and causes the steady fiow stress exhibits abnormally. The a (stress level factor), n (stress exponent), A (structure factor) and Q (activation energy) of high temperature process of non-orientation electrical steel in different temperature range were calculated by Arrhenius model. During the high temperature plastic deformation process between 500 and 800 ℃, the calculated values of a, n, A and Q are 0. 039 0 MPa-1 , 7.93, 1.9 X 10TM s 1 , and 334.8 kJ/mol, respectively. During the high temperature plastic deformation process between 1050 and 1 200 ℃, the calculated values of a, n, A and Q are 0. 1258MPa 1 , 5.29, 1.0X10z8 s i , and 769.9kJ/mol, respectively.
