摘　　要：分析了立式罐冷却喷水管喷水孔经常堵塞的原因:管道中有杂质、缺少放空阀、喷水管内壁有毛刺、油漆堵塞喷水孔等,找出了对应的解决办法。进一步说明了采用膜式喷头的益处。Clogging reasons for cooling spray pipe blowhole of vertical tank were analyzed, such as im- purilies in pipeline, the lack of vent valve, wall glilch in sprinkler tube, paint clogging the blowhole. Corm- sponding solutions were identified and benefits of us- ing membrane nozzle were illustrated further.
