油井应用非并网风电的试验及效果分析

摘  要:大庆油田具有较好的风能利用资源,应用风电给油井供电可作为油田节能新途径。传统的离网型和并网型风力供电普遍存在投入成本高、利用率低的问题。新型非并网风力供电模式采取大规模风电不并入电网,直接应用于一系列能适应风电特性的负载端的方式。通过大庆油田首次利用非并网风力供电技术的现场实践,油井直接利用风电的现场试验取得突破。经长时间运行证明,非并网风力供电系统可满足油井启动与正常运行需要,并且利用率高,现场对抽油机、螺杆泵等多种举升工艺成功实现了风能直接供电,为油田利用风能节能降耗奠定了基础。There is a better wind-energy resource in Daqing oilfield, so the wind energy should be used to sup-ply electric energy for oilfield, which can be a new energy-saving way. The investment cost for the traditional off-grid and connected-grid electric energy supplied by wind energy is high and the utilization rate is low. The new non-grid-connected electric supply mode with wind energy is that the large scale wind power does not connect with public power grid and applies directly to a series of load ends adapted to the characteristics of wind. The field testing of wind used to generate pow-er in oilfield has obtained a breakthrough in Daqing oilfield. Through long time operation, the non-grid-connected power supply system with wind can meet the need of start-up and normal oper-ation of oil well and the utilization rate is high. The direct power supply from wind energy for pumping unit and screw pump has realized and the foundation of using wind energy in oilfield has been established.
