摘　　要：面对日益严峻的能源形势,制定标准成为国际普遍采用的节能降耗管理手段之一。标准化对石油化工行业节能工作具有重要意义。结合当前我国石油化工行业节能领域国家标准体系存在的问题,为促进节能工作持续有效开展,建议一要结合我国的节能实践经验,尽快补充完善石油化工行业节能领域的国家标准体系,二要优化石油化工行业节能领域国家标准体系构成,进一步增加节能设计、节能实施等方面的标准,三要结合国内外的成熟经验和技术,及时修订石油化工行业节能领域国家标准。Facing the increasing stringent energy situation, establishing standards has been become one of measures for energy-saving and consumption-reducing management. Standardization was very im-portant for energy-saving in petrochemical industry. Suggestions for improving the energy-saving national standard system in petrochemical industry were proposed, which were supplementing the standard system based on the practice experience, optimizing the structure of the standard system by adding standards of energy-saving design and energy conservation activities and revising these standards based on the ripe experience and technologies.
