青藏高原区3种经济灌木的抗旱生理研究

摘　　要：以中国沙棘、金银花、宁杞1号3种经济灌木为试验材料,测定其叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、丙二醛含量、游离脯氨酸含量,比较分析其抗旱性。综合各抗旱指标,结果表明:3种经济灌木的抗旱性大小顺序为宁杞1号>中国沙棘>金银花。Based on Chinese seabuckthorn,honeysuckle,Ningqi No.1 three economic shrubs as experimental materials,the main drought resistance physiological indexes were studied such as the contents of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,MDA,free proline.The results show that the drought resistance indexes of three economic shrubs ordered by magnitude： Ningqi No.1 China seabuckthorn honeysuckle.
