摘　　要：马克思的社会关系生产理论是社会工程哲学最直接、最切近、最基本的理论基础和思想来源,是社会工程哲学能够成为历史唯物主义现代表达方式的重要哲学依据。社会关系并不抽象,"社会关系生产"是人的本质的自我完善和自我提升。社会关系并不虚拟,社会关系生产是"许多人的合作"关系的变革与创新。社会关系并不脱离"生活世界","社会关系生产"是社会生活的基本条件和现实前提。马克思的"社会关系生产"理论启示我们社会工程思维的创造性、建构性、合目的性和合规律性。For philosophy of social engineering,Marx's theory of 'production of social relations' is its most direct,appropriate and fundamental theoretical basis and its origin of thoughts.It is also the important philosophical basis on which philosophy of social engineering can become the modern expression of historical materialism.Social relations are not abstract since 'production of social relations' is human self-improvement;they are not virtual since 'production of social relations' is the transformation and innovation of relations of cooperation;and they are not separated from 'the world of living' since 'production of social relations' is the basic condition of social life.Marx's theory of 'production of social relations' indicates that the thinking of social engineering is creative,constructive,consistent with aims and organised.
