摘 要:以线弹性理论为基础,考虑井眼围岩应力对射孔孔壁应力状态的影响,分析了定向油井井眼围岩的应力状态和射孔孔壁的应力分布;利用孔壁应力分布和Drucker-Prager破坏准则所建立的出砂预测模型编写预测软件。对渤海地区某油田几口油井的出砂进行预测,预测结果与油井实际情况较吻合。Based on the theory of linear elasticity, considering the influence of the surrounding rock stress on the stress state of per- foration hole wall, we analyze the stress state of surrounding rock for directional oil well hole and the stress distribution of perforation hole wall via force to rock; Moreover, taking advantage of the stress distribution on hole wall and the sand production prediction model established by destroying criterion of Drucker-Prager, the prediction software are authored; Through the sand production of several wells in the X oilfield located in Bohai area, the prediction model was tested, and the forecast result and the actual situation are in good agreement.
