摘 要:在日常潜油电泵井管理中,需要对潜油电泵井井下工况进行判断。根据潜油电泵的工作原理和渗流力学理论,对潜油电泵井憋压值与时间的变化关系进行了理论分析,建立了潜油电泵井憋压曲线的数学模型,绘制出不同工况下典型憋压特征曲线。结合渤海Q油田A05、C10实测憋压数据进行井下工况验证分析,进一步提出改进措施,改善了生产井的开发效果。At present, 96% of machine production wells are submersible electric pump well in Bohai oilfield of China National Offshore Oilfield Corporation. There is a need to carry on a judgment to the underground working condition using submersible electric pump in daily management of this kind of wells. According to working principle of submersible electric pump and percolation mechanics theory, the paper theoretically analyzes the changing relation between submersible electric pump well pressure-holding value and time, it establishes a mathemat- ical model about the submersible electric pump well pressure-holding curve, and draws out a typical pressure specialized curve under different working conditions. Combining with underground working conditions by on-site measurement pressure data verification and analysis of Q Oilfield A05 and C 10 in Bohao, we propose the further improving measurement to ameliorate the development effectiveness of production well.
