摘 要:出砂是稠油热采井面临的难题,导致出砂的因素很多,热采期间筛管处于极其恶劣的环境下,高速液流可导致其冲蚀破坏。结合海上油田生产实际和各种影响因素,研制了冲蚀磨损试验装置,对不同类型的筛管,模拟不同含砂粒径、不同流速、不同冲蚀角度和不同含砂浓度等因素对筛管的冲蚀影响程度。结果表明:随着流体流速、粒径和含砂浓度增加,筛管冲蚀速率增加,但小粒径冲蚀均匀。冲蚀角度越小冲蚀越强,但到一定值时冲蚀减弱。因此,为了减少筛管冲蚀破坏风险,除确保防砂质量外,需要控制产能和制定防范措施,避免压力激动,增强筛管抗冲蚀能力,确保防砂效果,延长防砂有效期。The sand production is a difficult problem in the heavy crude thermal extraction well. There are many factors of leading to sand production. In the thermal extraction period the screen works in extreme harsh environment, it can be eroded and destroyed by high speed fluid flow. This paper is based on the domestic and abroad investigation and survey in the study of screen erosion, combining the offshore oilfield production reality and various influence factors, we researched and developed a set of ex- perimental device for erosion and damage. To different types of screen, via stimulation of different particle size, different flowing speed, different angles of erosion and different sand concentration, etc., we measured the erosion influence degree on screen. The result shows, with increasing the fluid velocity, particle size and sand concentration, the speed of screen erosion velocity increases, but small particle size erode evenly. The smaller the erosion angle is, the stronger it erodes, but to a certain value it weakens. Therefore, in order to reduce the screen erosion damage risk, besides of insuring sand quality, the producing capability need to be controlled and the countermeasure need to be made, to avoid excitement of pressure, increase the anti-erosion ability of screen, ensure sand-proof effect, extend the validity of sand-proof.
