摘  要:针对渤海疏松砂岩稠油油藏修井过程中的漏失情况,研发了BHXJY-01修井暂堵液体系,主要由增黏剂、油溶性树脂、修井液增效剂、黏土稳定剂、破胶剂5种组分组成。漏失实验表明,该暂堵液体系人造岩心的封堵率达99%,破胶率能达到90%以上,封堵后的岩心返排渗透率恢复值达到90%以上,暂堵和返排效果均能满足修井堵漏要求。现场使用情况表明,该暂堵液体系能显著减小修井液漏失,减少对储层的伤害,缩短修井后生产恢复周期。Aiming at the leakage condition of unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoir during well repairing process in Bohai Bay, BHXJY-01 temporary plugging solution system was researched and developed. The solution formula consisted of five components which were tackifier, oil soluble resin, workover fluid synergist, clay Stabilizer and gel breaker. The leakage testing results show that: the plugging rate of this temporary plugging fluid achieves to 99% for man-made core and the gel break rate reaches over 90%. Flow back permeability recovery of the blocked sample comes up to 90%, and the temporary plugging and flow back performances could meet the requirement of well blocking and repairing. Site operating condition illustrates that: this temporary plugging solution system could significantly reduce the leakage of well repairing fluid and then decrease the damage of reservoir; meanwhile, the good performance of this solution could shorten the production recovery period after well repairing.
