摘  要:上世纪90年代中期以后的注水地面工程设计规范发生变化,新建注水站全部取消系统洗井工艺流程,导致大部分注水井无法洗井,井筒污染日益严重。在技术调研、可行性论证分析的基础上,引进了适于未建洗井液回收系统的注水井洗井作业的洗井车,并对洗井车在现场试验中暴露出的问题进行技术改进。通过6年来的规模应用,表明洗井车洗井可解决固定式洗井流程存在的管网投资大、注水系统压力波动大、影响注水系统效率、洗井液来水对污水处理站主流程冲击大等问题,有效地改善井下油层堵塞污染状况,达到有效注水、保护环境的目的。The engineering design specification of water-injection surface has change since the middle of nineties of last century, the new constructed injection water stations have entirely canceled the system process of washing well, this leads to that the most injection well is unable to clean up, the pollution of well hole is becoming more and more serious. Aimed at the problem, based on the technical study and the feasibility analysis, we introduce the well cleanout truck which is suitable to the the injection wells without the constructed recycle system of well washing fluid, and carry out the technical improvement to the truck based on the exposed problems through on- site experiment. Via the application by great scale of last six years, it was proved that the well cleanout truck can solve the problems of the fixed well washing process, such as the large investment of pipe network, large pressure and fluctuation of the injection system, large impact force on the main process of the sewage treatment station from the well washing liquid, etc., this technical improvement effectively makes the status of underground reservoir blockage and pollution better, it achieves the goal to inject water efficiently and protect the environment.
