东北山樱土壤优势细菌碳代谢特征与种群分析

摘  要:为了解东北山樱土壤细菌碳代谢特征及种群分布,研究了东北山樱原产地(辽宁省本溪市)植株表土与根际土壤碳代谢细菌活性及其种群特征。结果表明:各类土壤中共分离优势细菌19株。优势细菌对供试糖、醇与氨基酸类碳源的平均菌株利用率分别为36.2%、29.4%和28.9%。其中,甜樱桃/东北山樱植株土壤细菌碳代谢活性较低,表土中土壤细菌总数与碳代谢菌株数量均高于相应根际土壤。与根际土壤相比,甜樱桃/东北山樱表土分离到的优势细菌中,利用半乳糖和乳糖等糖类化合物,肌醇、丙三醇和山梨醇等醇类化合物,L-丙氨酸等氨基酸类化合物的菌株数量明显增多;东北山樱处理表土分离得到的优势细菌中,对各类供试糖类碳源均表现出较好的利用能力,对肌醇、山梨醇和苯丙氨酸的菌株利用率也显著提高。种群组成分析结果表明,80%以上菌株属于芽孢杆菌属,成为东北山樱土壤的优势菌群。In order to explore the effects of grafting treatment on the carbon catabolic characteristics of soil microorganisms,the carbon catabolic characters and community structure of soil bacteria in Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.were investigated.The results showed that 19 dominant strains were isolated from all the tested soils,the average utilization rate of strains to carbohydrate,alcohol and amino acid was 36.2% 、 29.4% and 28.9%,respectively.Among the tested soils,the C.avium Moench./ C.sachalinensis Kom trees reduced the ability for soil bacteria to use carbon sources,while the amount and ability of bacteria in topsoil were higher than that in rhizosphere soil.Compared to rhizosphere soil,dominant bacterial strains isolated from the C.avium Moench/ C.sachalinensis Kom treatment obviously enhanced the ability to utilize carbohydrates(such as galactose and glucose),ethonhol inols(such as inositol,glycerol and sorbitol),and amino acids(such as L-alanine) in the topsoil.Bacteria from C.sachalinensis Kom treatment showed good ability to utilize all the tested carbon sources,and significant enhanced the ability to utilize inositol,sorbitol and phenylalanine.The analysis of community structure showed that more that 80% strains belongs to Bacillus,which form the dominant genera in the soil of Cerasus sachalinensis Kom.
