摘  要:检测多胺代谢相关基因在子宫蜕膜细胞中的转录。获取正常的小鼠子宫蜕膜组织和人工诱导蜕膜化组织,同时利用酶消化分离小鼠子宫内膜基质细胞,进行体外诱导蜕膜化,利用实时定量PCR检测多胺相关基因在子宫蜕膜组织或细胞中的转录。结果表明:多胺相关基因在小鼠正常蜕膜化组织以及人工蜕膜化组织中mRNA水平均发生了显著的变化,但基质细胞体外蜕膜化后仅有SSAT和SMS mRNA发生显著的变化。多胺相关基因在小鼠子宫蜕膜中转录水平发生了显著的变化,这可能引起细胞内多胺水平的变化,从而对细胞增殖具有调节作用。The aim of this study was to detect the transcription of polyamine-related genes in endometrial decidua.Mouse normal decidual tissue and artificial decidual tissue were collected,and mouse endometrial stromal cells(ESCs) obtained from endometrium by enzymatic dissociation were induced decidualization in vitro.The transcription of polyamine-related genes in those tissues or cells were measured by real time PCR.The results showed that the mRNAs of polyamine-related genes changed significantly in mouse normal decidual tissue,artificial decidual tissue compared to the control,but only spermidine/spermine N1acetyltransferase(SSAT),spermine synthase(SMS) changed significantly in mouse endometrial decidual cell induced in vitro.The transcription of polyamine-related genes changed significantly in mouse endometrial decidua,which might result in polyamine changes to regulate cell proliferation.
