摘  要:介绍非圆行星齿轮机构的原理和组成,建立以变中心距N-G-N 34型非圆行星轮系液压马达作为对象的分析模型,推导出三阶非圆行星齿轮机构非圆齿轮的节曲线计算公式,具体给出节曲线应满足的两个条件的计算方法及结果.在理论分析的基础上,采用Matlab工具,以34型变中心距非圆行星齿轮机构为例对其节曲线进行求解并生成高阶椭圆曲线.The principle and composition of non-circular planetary gear mechanism were introduced,an analysis model of N-G-N 34-type non-circular planet gear system of hydraulic motor with variable center distance was set up,and the pitch curve formula was derived for third-order non-circular planetary gear mechanism.The calculation method and its result of two conditions that the pitch curve should satisfy were given in the concrete.On the basis of theoretical analysis and by using used the tool of Matlab,the pitch curve of 34-type non-circular planetary gear mechanism with variable center distance was solved and a high-order elliptic curve was generated.
