摘  要:针对可逆式水轮机效率普遍较低这一问题,借鉴低比转速混流式水轮机的叶片设计理论,对一给定参数的可逆式水轮机进行水力设计、Pro/E三维造型.计算采用雷诺时均方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型,压力和速度耦合采用SIMPLEC算法.数值计算结果表明,可逆机水轮机工况的最优效率达到91%,水泵工况的最优效率达到82%,反复修正模型还有进一步提升的空间.Aimed at the problem of low efficiency with the reversible hydraulic turbines,the hydraulic design of a reversible hydraulic turbine with given parameters and its Pro/E three-dimensional modeling were carried out with the help of blade design theory of low specific speed turbines.The Reynolds time-averaged equations and RNG k-ε turbulence model were used to deal with the computation and SIMPLEC algorithm was used for the pressure and velocity coupling.Numerical simulation results showed that the optimal efficiency would reach 91% in turbine operating condition and the optimal efficiency in pump regime could reach 82%.There would be a further improvement if the model was repeatedly modified.
