高校体育场馆开发与管理模式创新探索

摘　　要：运用文献资料法和专家咨询法,对高校体育场馆市场化开发与管理进行研究。研究结果表明:高校体育场馆在完成高校体育教学、训练、竞赛和学生课外文体活动等主要任务后,要以市场为导向,通过组建管理团队、委托场馆运营公司代理专项业务,大力开发利用无形资产、提高设施利用率,充分挖掘和利用高校体育场馆设施的资源优势和多功能性,追求场管资源价值的最大化,实现可持续发展。By using the literature methodology and Delphi method, this paper studied the development and management mode of college sports venue. The result shows that the college sports venue can be used to ac- complish the primary task such as physical education, training, competition and students extracurricular ac- tivities and so on, and at the same time, a college sports venue＇s development and management mode can be exploited and carried out, which is suitable for the characters of college, by using organizing management team , entrusting a venues operation company as a special business agent, vigorously developing and using the intan- gible assets, undertaking some large cultural entertainment activities and improving the utilization rate of facili- ties and so on.
