摘　　要：回顾了在创建世界一流大学的背景下,清华大学公用房管理改革25年的实践历程,特别是管理体制和运行机制建设的继承与发展,总结了实践经验和改革成果,对公用房管理改革与实践的方向进行探讨。Reviewing the practical experience of reform of public housing management of Tsinghua University in past 25 years, under the background of constructing the first-class university in the world, particularly in carrying on and development of management and operation mechanisms, this paper summarizes the practical experience and reform achievements, and considers the practical direction for reform of public housing management.
