摘　　要：文章通过刑案资料,对清代京师拐卖妇女的犯罪活动进行了讨论和分析。主要内容有:形式各异的略卖活动;受害人被拐诱的原因;被拐妇女的去向,她们的年龄和买卖价格;官府对略卖妇女的法律规定与具体司法实践。并结合相关内容,对清代拐卖行为始终兴而不衰的社会原因进行了一定的分析。This article discusses and analyzes the abduction and trafficking of women during the Qing Dynasty through penal information. These are： 1） different kinds of trafficking activities; 2） factors leading to abduction; 3） directions of the abducted women, their ages and prices; 4） laws and judicial practices created by the government to address the problem. This article also analyzes the social reasons behind the prevalence of human trafficking during the Qing Dynasty.
