重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的临床护理观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的疗效及临床护理体会。方法将临床120例慢性宫颈炎合并HPV阳性的患者随机分为两组进行治疗,治疗组60例,采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗;对照组60例,采用治糜灵栓治疗。观察两组治疗前后宫颈糜烂面、白带性状及量的变化,检测HPV情况。结果两组治疗前一般情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个疗程后HPV的转阴率和白带增多消失率重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗组转阴率优于治糜灵栓治疗组,差异有统计学意义P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染的转阴率疗效较好,值得推广及应用;做好心理疏导,教会患者规范用药,对治疗慢性宫颈炎合并HPV感染有重要作用。Objective To observe the efficacy and clinical nursing experience on Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel treatment of chronic cervicitis combined hpv infection. Methods 120 cases of clinical of chronic cervicitis combined HPV-DNA-positive patients were randomly divided into two groups for treatment. Treatment group of 60 patients used Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel treatment. The control group of 60 patients used Zhimiling Shuan treatment. Observed the two groups on changes of cervical erosion and leukorrhea＇s characters and amount pre and post treatment. Results The difference of the two groups pretreat- ment in general was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. After the treatment of three courses, concerning the negative rate of HPV-DNA and the disappearance rate of leucorrhea, negative rate of of the treatment group is better than the control group group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Re- combinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel treatment of chronic cervicitis combined hpv infection has good efficacy, worthy of promotion and application. Good psychological counseling, church patient norms medication, an im- portant role in the treatment of of the chronic cervicitis merger HPV infection.
